Who can apply to the EACS program?

Students who meet all of the following criteria are admitted to EACS on a first-come, first-serve basis.


  • Applicants must be between the ages of 15 - 21.
  • Applicants must have officially withdrawn from school.
  • Candidates who have not dropped out of school and are seriously at risk of doing so may be referred for consideration by a parent, public school principal, assistant principal, guidance counselor or an authorized school official.

How to apply for admission?

  • Complete an EACS application.
  • Submit a complete school transcript.
  • Participate in an interview to determine oral communication skills and motivation.
  • Sign an agreement to abide by the rules of the EACS.
  • There is no tuition for students attending charter schools.

The Chief Executive Officer appointed by the EACS Board of Trustees makes admission decisions.
EACS does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, color, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, religion or handicap status.
